Cody brings big-picture vision and exceptional technical knowledge to his role as an owner and leader of the manufactured construction and flooring studios at Elements. With Cody at the helm, Elements has established a reputation for being at the forefront of manufactured construction trends, helping our clients create adaptable spaces that flex with their needs.
Through Elements’ relationships with forward-thinking manufacturers such as Faulkbuilt and Steelcase, Cody has become passionate about helping clients realize efficiencies in the construction process and create more dynamic workplaces by leveraging technology and sustainable construction. In addition to his specialized expertise, Cody is adept at helping clients maximize the value of Elements’ integrated capabilities, resulting in more comprehensive, informed interiors solutions.

Outside the office, Cody is involved in Accelerent and keeps busy with industry events and continuing education. In his free time, he is happiest spending time with his wife and son, listening to live music (he plays a mean harmonica), traveling and walking his dog, Angus.
