As an owner and head of Business Development at elements, Eric serves as a strategic resource for our clients and alliance partners, helping create flexible, highly productive work environments that will attract and retain top talent.
Eric brings a wealth of insight on space planning tactics and knowledge of the latest research on workplace design to his role with the company. In his time at elements, he has become a valuable resource for determining the best furnishings solutions for elements clients and ensuring they are at the forefront of office trends.

Eric is a graduate of the University of Iowa and a past participant in the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Leadership Program, which seeks to examine the critical factors and steps needed to attract and maintain a diverse mix of residents and tenants in Downtown Denver. Eric is also an avid golfer and member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Colorado Chapter. He combines these two pursuits in a yearly golf tournament he has helped organize in the past with IIDA to benefit Water for People.
