Global Financial Services Client

As a trusted partner to this global financial services firm, our teams at Slate and Constructive collaborated closely with Catterall Design to bring the client’s workplace vision to life in their new headquarters.

Slate:
Slate supported the client’s relocation with a curated furniture solution that balanced function, comfort, and community. In addition to reusing existing height-adjustable desks, Slate introduced new workstations, lounge seating, café furniture, and a fully outfitted library and community space. The workplace also features two large conference rooms with custom 25-foot tables, multiple huddle and phone rooms, and a dedicated training room. Framery booths and phone booths were incorporated throughout for quiet focus. The reception area makes a strong first impression with a welcoming design and a custom moss wall installation. The client chose to forgo a bid process, relying instead on the strength of our long-standing relationship and deep understanding of their aesthetic. The result exceeded expectations in both finish and function.

Constructive:
Brought in at the early design stages, Constructive delivered a flexible architectural framework using prefab solutions. Frameless glass walls define the conference spaces, while a solid wall with integrated AV anchors the reception area. A telescoping wall subtly separates the public and private zones, and a floor-mounted operable wall adds versatility to the training room—all without requiring additional structural steel. Timber ceiling elements, stained to match Slate’s furniture selections, add warmth and cohesion to the open, industrial-style architecture.

Together, Slate and Constructive created an environment that reflects the client’s identity while supporting productivity, collaboration, and growth.
