Denver Federal Center Bureau of Reclamation - Bldg 67

elements partnered with DIRTT for Building 67. It started with a low-profile access floor. which allowed modular quick-connect power to be used throughout. The floor was designed to install electrical systems fast, but also offers flexibility for the future! Although it’s only two and a half inches off the floor, with custom perforated steel grills, it allows airflow to the perimeter heating system.

Part of the design aesthetic was to use the existing waffle slab ceiling. DFCB specifically wanted to keep it uncovered in common areas with dropped ceilings in offices and meeting spaces. The award winning space includes a variety of writable surfaces and integrated technology walls to round it out making it both engaging and productive .
