Confidential Energy Client

Constructive partnered with a confidential energy client to deliver a 31,500-square-foot interior build-out across two floors. The scope encompassed approximately 115 Falkbuilt rooms, including a dual glazed wall system, dual glazed sliding pocket doors, dual glazed swing doors, and dual glazed clerestory. The specification was developed collaboratively with the project team to meet the client’s stringent acoustic requirements, with the solution engineered to achieve a 43 STC rating — a performance benchmark that the installed Falkbuilt system met and exceeded.

Logistical coordination was a key component of successful delivery, with Falkbuilt materials boomed directly to the third and fourth floors of the building. Throughout the project, Constructive maintained close collaboration with the full project team, navigating schedule challenges while keeping the installation on track. The result is a high-performance workplace purpose-built to meet the exacting demands of the energy sector, supporting a workforce of approximately 150 people.

“Our team had a positive and collaborative experience working with Constructive on our company’s office expansion project. Their partnership was especially valuable in the design and installation of the Falkbuilt wall system, where they demonstrated strong communication, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented approach. The resulting installation met our performance and aesthetic goals, supporting a high-quality workplace environment.”
