Cochlear is the global leader in implantable hearing solutions. In 2019, the company decided to relocate their North American Headquarters to a new state of the art facility in Lone Tree, CO. The new N.A HQ was an existing 5 story building consisting of approximately 161,218 RSF of open work area, conferencing, collaboration areas, café, fitness, and support spaces.

Elements provided a mixture of flooring applications, over 400 workstations and private offices, conference room furnishings, and ancillary.
