Capstone Development

Capstone Development worked with Elements on this multi-studio project featuring Slate and Constructive. This was a full solution project with glass fronts and solid demising walls between offices. These feature Independently standing conference rooms. One of the special features of this project is the custom acoustical baffle installation that is suspended over the kitchen island which immolates the reverse topography of Breckenridge. Full furniture solution includes systems workstations, private offices, custom meeting room table, and amenity lounge spaces.
