Our studios Slate and Marke partnered to furnish a newly constructed luxury multifamily residence in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. This seven-story residential community brings over 200 modern apartment homes and vibrant amenity spaces to an emerging urban neighborhood designed for walkability, connection, and active living.

Slate curated and installed the ancillary furnishings for the building’s shared amenity spaces—supporting a range of resident experiences from coworking and fitness to social gathering and entertainment. These spaces include a clubhouse, coworking lounge, meeting rooms, and outdoor amenity areas designed to foster community and flexibility for modern lifestyles.

Marke brought the residential experience to life by furnishing the model units and styling artwork and accessories throughout the property. Each space was thoughtfully layered to reflect the building’s contemporary aesthetic while helping prospective residents envision everyday living in the community.

Together, Slate and Marke delivered a cohesive furnishing and styling strategy that enhances both the amenity experience and residential marketing environment—creating welcoming, elevated spaces that reflect the lifestyle of modern urban living.
