Confidential Multi-Family Property
Marke was engaged to refresh the lobby, amenity spaces, and rooftop patio of a 1960s-era apartment building in Philadelphia — a property with long-standing residents, some of whom have called it home for decades. The goal was to modernize and energize the shared spaces while honoring the building’s legacy and sense of community.
Beginning design development in mid-December 2024 and completing installation by mid-May 2025, Marke delivered the transformation on a highly accelerated timeline. The scope included custom furniture, custom booths, custom area rugs, commissioned wall art, architectural wallcoverings, ceiling and floor lamps, and a custom reception desk fabricated by Studio Mobler. Marke also specified new wall paint and flooring selections to fully refresh the interiors.
A standout feature of the renovation is the custom reception desk, designed to anchor the lobby with a bold, contemporary presence. Layered styling, curated art, and thoughtfully selected finishes create a more modern, fun, and welcoming environment for residents and guests alike. Our team installed all furnishings and styling elements, coordinating closely to ensure seamless execution.
The result is a revitalized amenity experience that bridges past and present — bringing fresh energy to a historic Philadelphia apartment building. By making a tight timeline happen without compromising quality, Marke once again demonstrated its ability to deliver high-impact multifamily renovations with precision and creativity.
