The scope included new flooring, wall paint, wallcoverings, custom furniture, custom banquettes, a custom stainless steel bookshelf, commissioned wall art, styling, and outdoor furniture. Each element was carefully selected to balance durability with personality, ensuring the spaces could withstand daily use while making a strong visual impact.

The design concept elevated retro influences through rich textures, statement finishes, and sculptural forms. Custom features anchored gathering areas in the lobby, while the rooftop patio extended the energetic aesthetic outdoors, creating a cohesive identity across both amenity spaces.
