As a Senior Designer in our Slate studio, you will lead the design of functional, visually compelling commercial furniture environments from concept through completion. This client facing role includes space planning, furniture specification, presenting design concepts, and managing project timelines and budgets. You will also mentor junior designers and support a collaborative, high-quality design culture.

This role is ideal for a designer with 7+ years of professional design experience, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of commercial interiors and furniture systems.

Senior Designer (3d-identity)

As a Senior Designer in our 3d-identity studio, you’ll lead the creation of immersive branded environments that transform client stories into experiential spaces that blend strategy, design, and innovation. From concept through execution, you’ll drive creative direction, mentor junior designers, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-impact signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics. 

This role is ideal for a seasoned environmental graphic designer with 5+ years of experience, strong visual storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of brand integration within the built environment. You’ll thrive here if you’re a detail-oriented creative thinker who excels in client collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, and pushing design boundaries.

Designer Apprentice (Slate)

As a Designer Apprentice in our Slate studio, you will support our design and sales teams throughout the commercial interiors project lifecycle by assisting with furniture specification, space planning, and preparation of client facing materials. You will gain hands-on experience translating architectural drawings into functional, visually compelling furniture layouts while maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to presentations, site visits, and project tracking.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and excited to grow their design skills in a collaborative environment where attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork are valued.
