As a Business Development professional for our Slate studio, you'll help grow our presence in the commercial interiors market by creating meaningful connections throughout the design community and introducing clients to the value of partnering with Slate. Working alongside teams across Elements, you'll represent our brand, uncover future project opportunities, and help shape long-term success across a variety of commercial markets. 

We're looking for a naturally curious, relationship-driven professional with 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience who enjoys meeting new people, thinking strategically, and creating momentum through genuine connections. Director, Sales (Slate)

As the Director of Sales for our Slate studio, you'll lead an experienced team of sales professionals while driving sales strategy, business performance, and long-term client relationships across a variety of commercial markets. Partnering across the business, this role balances sales leadership with team development, executive client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver profitable, long-term growth. 

We're looking for a people-first sales leader with 5+ years of sales leadership experience, a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability, and the ability to lead experienced professionals through complex, consultative sales environments.
