As the Vice President of Operations for our Floorz studio, you will lead operational performance across project execution, field operations, logistics, and quality assurance to support efficient delivery and long term business growth. This senior leadership role partners closely with executive leadership while overseeing project managers and superintendents across active markets, driving accountability, operational consistency, and high quality outcomes from pre construction through project closeout.
We’re seeking a strategic and hands on operations leader with 10+ years of construction operations leadership experience who can strengthen field execution, build strong General Contractor relationships, lead and develop teams, and improve operational performance across complex commercial projects.

Superintendent (Floorz)
As a Superintendent in Floorz, you will lead on site flooring installation projects from kickoff through completion while ensuring quality execution, safety, and schedule alignment. In this field based role, you will coordinate installation crews, communicate with clients and project partners, resolve job site challenges in real time, and help keep projects running efficiently from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of leadership experience managing crews and job sites who thrives in fast paced environments, communicates confidently, and takes a proactive approach to problem solving, team coordination, and job site safety. Flooring industry experience and OSHA 30 certification are strong pluses.

Lead Installer (Slate)
As a Lead Installer in our Slate studio, you will oversee commercial furniture installation projects across the Denver metro area, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This hands-on, client-facing role includes coordinating installation crews, reviewing project plans, communicating with project managers and customers, and supporting installation work as needed to keep projects on schedule.
We’re seeking an experienced installer with 5+ years in commercial furniture installation who brings strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex jobsite environments.

As a Designer in our Slate studio, you will support the creation of functional, visually engaging commercial furniture environments that align with client needs and project goals. In this collaborative role, you will contribute to space planning, furniture specification, renderings, and installation documentation while working closely with senior designers, sales, and project teams to bring design concepts to life.
This role is ideal for a designer with 2+ years of professional design experience who is detail oriented, creative, and eager to grow their technical skills in a fast paced, team driven environment.

As a Senior Designer in our Slate studio, you will lead the design of functional, visually compelling commercial furniture environments from concept through completion. This client facing role includes space planning, furniture specification, presenting design concepts, and managing project timelines and budgets. You will also mentor junior designers and support a collaborative, high-quality design culture.
This role is ideal for a designer with 7+ years of professional design experience, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of commercial interiors and furniture systems.
